GB Rugby Return to the MPF Marbella Centre for the 3rd year running
It was a pleasure to welcome back the familiar faces of the
GB rugby team who arrived at the MPF Marbella training centre on 20th
October, for the third year running.
The group had chosen, yet again,
to stay in the 5 star Hotel Westin la Quinta not far from the training centre.
They enjoyed a light lunch on arrival and then headed straight for the training
centre to start work.
The team had 4 days of great weather and enjoyed their morning
training sessions in the sun. They also had some fun participating
in activities including golf, and an afternoon spent sailing in
Puerto Banus.
This year their trip coincided with the San Pedro
Feria, so the group took some time out to experience some true Spanish festivities
and soak up the atmosphere. They also found time for a return visit
to the famous Dalli’s Pasta factory in Puerto Banus, where
they enjoyed an excellent meal.
The HI Group
wish GB Rugby success for their future games and look forward to
welcoming the team back to the Costa del Sol next year.
